I have just discovered HylaMist for myself and here is my testimonial:

I recently have had a cold and a slight nose infection, and in this weather, it’s worse because it’s so dry. I have also not been sleeping well because I’ve been waking every hour to get a drink of water because my throat is so dry. I thought maybe the HylaMist would help my nose and used it before retiring for the night. When I woke the next morning I was shocked that I had slept through the night without needing to get a drink of water.
